The Camel’s Hump


a) What are the symptoms of a cameelious hump?
A. The hump is described as being black and blue. The symptoms of a cameelious hump are- We climb out of bed with a frouzly head, and a snarly-yarly voice. We shiver, scowl, grunt and growl at our bath, our boots and toys.

b) Who helps us in curing the cameelious hump?
A.The sun and the wind, and the Djinn of the Garden help us in curing the cameelious hump.

C)   Why has the poet given the title ‘The Camel’s Hump’?
A.  The poet has given the poem the title ‘The Camel’s Hump’ as-
 It is based on the story ‘How the Camel got his Hump’
 Also, when we become lazy or have too less to do, we become inactive and ill-mannered like the camel that refused to help others or do any work in the story. We become a hump or a burden to others as they have to do our work also.
